Here at Stush Clothing we pride ourselves on having top-notch customer service and our returns policy is an example of our commitment to satisfying you, the customer.
Upon receipt of your order made here at www.stush-clothing.com if you decide that you have the wrong size, you don't like the colour, it wasn't what you were expecting or you have simply just changed your mind, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. All you need to do is return the goods, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all the tags intact, within 14 days. Please insure that your return is securely packed and includes your invoice with a note detailing your exchange/return. Under these circumstances we cannot refund postage costs.
In the event of the goods you receive from us here at Stush are damaged or incorrect, we can offer you a full 14-day money back guarantee. Just send the goods back to our returns address, unused, unwashed and in the original packing with all tags intact and we will refund/exchange. All postage charges will be refunded under these circumstances.
To return goods via Royal Mail we advise that you use the recorded delivery (if value is under £30) or Royal Mail special delivery. As we are not liable for items sent to us that get lost in the post or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the goods in conjunction with our returns policy and have the refund complete within 10 days of retrieval. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
